Upon completing your order, please allow 2-7 business days for your package to safely arrive. Once the item has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number to allow easy monitoring of your parcel's whereabouts. 

For local & domestic deliveries, we commonly use Pos Laju for parcel shipments. Alternatively, for deliveries that are close within our vicinity, we may also arrange for a member of our team to personally deliver your parcel. Please contact us directly to know more about our shipment service.

Once your order has been shipped out, you will receive a notification email with a tracking number and link so that you can monitor your delivery status. 

Our factory is open for self-pick ups from Monday to Friday between 10am - 5pm and Saturday between 10am - 2pm (excluding Public Holidays). You can select our self-pick up option at the checkout page before confirming your order. Once you have placed your order, we will get in touch with you via Email / Whatsapp to confirm your preferred day & time for collection. 

Please show your confirmation email when collecting your order. Adhering to SOPs during the current RMCO, we will conduct a temperature check and provide hand sanitization upon your entry to our vicinity. Oh, and don't forget your mask ;)

For same day deliveries, we can arrange dispatch of items via Grab or Lalamove. Additional charges may incur if the despatch cost exceeds the shipping cost on your order bill. However we will provide free deliveries for purchases above RM500. 

Our shipping cost will depend on the overall weight, size, destination, and shipment method of your parcel. We also offer free shipping for orders above RM500.

Yes we do! International shipments will take between 2-4 weeks to arrive, depending on your country's customs department. Please note that customs & import duty fees may incur depending on your product value and must be paid by the parcel recipient when collecting the parcel.
