Fariza Basri
Fariza Basri, a Malaysian miniature artist, uses watercolors, gouache, and soft pastels to craft small-scale images, offering very fine and detailed artworks. Inspired by her father and driven by a belief in art's therapeutic power, Fariza has showcased her work in over 20 exhibitions including at the National Art Gallery.
“MALAYSIA TRULY ASIA”
A collaboration with renowned visual artist Fariza Basri, this cabinet is specially printed with 16 exquisite miniature paintings, each a vibrant representation of iconic landmarks and captivating locales from all 13 states and 3 federal territories of Malaysia. The images designed to echo “Malaysia Truly Asia”, celebrating the nation's diverse cultural tapestry, rich heritage and natural beauty of the regions.
